How do I find you?
When driving from Kolari (route 940) make a left turn to Kievarintie when you see the street lights.
When driving from Muonio or Äkäslompolo, make a right turn to Kievarintie when the pedestrian side walk ends.
The nearest train station is in Kolari, 35 kilometers away.
Take the bus from Kolari train station to Ylläs/Äkäslompolo. Note! Buy your bus ticket always in advance.
If you have only light luggage and want to walk: get off at Ylläskartano/Kuer bus stop. It is a 600m walk up a steep hill.
Otherwise we suggest you take the bus to Äkäslompolo village centre. Take a taxi to KuerHotel (3km).
The neareast airport is in Kittilä, 50km drom KuerHotel.
Take the bus from Kittilä Airport to Ylläs/Äkäslompolo. Check the timetable and book in advance, if necessary!
If you have only light luggage and want to walk: get off at Mailan putiikki bus stop. It is a 1,2km walk with a very steep hill.
Otherwise we suggest you take the bus to Äkäslompolo village centre. Take a taxi to KuerHotel (3km).

I am Marikki, entrepreneur at KuerHostel!
In 2016 my five children and I decided that life had one more adventure in store for me.
We started a small family business and bought an old education centre in Ylläs. During the past fice years we have been turning it into an amazing place to enjoy Lapland to the fullest.
As an entrepereneur you will see me doing this and that, and I love having a million things to do! My biggest priority however is making sure you have the most amazing holiday ever in Ylläs.
